The Knox Street Clinic property was purchased by Stark Property in December 2014. It comprises a large multi-level commercial building which underwent a full internal and external refurbishment, completed in stages throughout 2016.

When purchased, the property was partially leased by Anglesea Hospital with three vacant office levels comprising approximately 3,200 sqm and substantial on-site car parking. Stark Property completed the redevelopment works, whilst working above a fully operating private hospital.
