This iconic site, originally built in the 1910s, has been redeveloped with sensitivity to its history, while still injecting style and vibrancy into the design. The area is seen as a gateway to the CBD’s core retail area, where our aim was for the redevelopment to act as a catalysis for further rejuvenation of Ward Street and the surrounding buildings.
