This prominent site, formally known as Hamilton Central Shopping Centre, was purchased in 2016. The site is currently under development and upon completion will boast a brand new 5,500 sqm Kmart store and a new commercial building with 12,000 sqm lettable area, incorporating A-Grade office accommodation over three levels and a total of over 400 car parks.

Waikato Regional Council will move into the space bringing 500+ workers into the central city. A further 2,000 sqm office tenancy and cafe space are still available for lease.

The redevelopment is expected to be completed mid-2020, complete with new services, street frontage, a full internal fit-out and a complete rebranding of the building.
