The Knox Street Clinic property was purchased by Stark Property in December 2014. It comprises a large multi-level commercial building which underwent a full internal and external refurbishment, completed in stages throughout 2016.

When purchased, the property was partially leased by Anglesea Hospital with three vacant office levels comprising approximately 3,200 sqm. The site also includes substantial on-site car parking.

Stark Property managed the redevelopment of the building which was fully leased within nine months of construction commencement. Five well-known and reputable businesses tenant the building: LightwireIT PartnersNetValueSmart LoyaltyEllice Tanner Hart Lawyers and Boffa Miskell.

Stark Construction completed the redevelopment works on behalf of the joint venture partners, whilst working above a fully operating private hospital. Ongoing management is carried out by Stark Property.
