408 Anglesea Street was a medium scale project completed by Stark Property in March 2014. The former Fire Security building was fully transformed to accommodate modern, high quality office and retail space fronting a busy city street. The architecturally designed redevelopment was recognised at the 2015 Waikato-BoP Architecture Awards. During the redevelopment, the building was completely stripped out, earthquake strengthened to 80% NBS and the interior and exterior fully refurbished.

The main entrance off Anglesea Street leads visitors to an inviting lobby space. The balance of the ground floor is occupied by Health 2000 and accommodates their head-office and warehouse functions, plus retail space with profile to the street frontage. The first floor is divided to accommodate two tenancies built around a central courtyard, providing excellent natural light throughout. The office spaces are presented to a premium quality, and include new services and lift access. 

The building was fully leased to three quality national tenants and sold to a local investor in 2014.
