900 Victoria Street
This redevelopment project was completed by Stark Property in early 2018. The property is positioned towards the northern end of Hamilton’s commercial precinct. It is a well-established location offering high profile from Victoria Street with exposure to approximately 16,500 vehicles per day.
Our works comprised of an architecturally designed refurbishment, incorporating a new modern façade, full internal fit-out and new services throughout. The structure was also strengthened to a 80% NBS seismic rating as part of these works.
The front tenancy within the building was leased to multi-national business, Sharp Corporation, as their local showroom, offices and workshop. The rear tenancy office space was leased to local accountancy business, Bruce Sparrow & Associates Limited. The building provides a total lettable area of approximately 750 sqm with parking towards the rear of the site.
